Definitions

- Client: Refers to any individual or entity using the services provided by the Company.
- Services: Refers to IT services including website design and development, and digital marketing services provided by the Company.
Services
- The Company offers various IT services including but not limited to website design, website development, and digital marketing.
- The scope of services, deliverables, and timelines will be specified in the individual agreements or contracts or an email with the Client. If contract is not made by both parties then company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising.
Obligations of the Company
- The Company agrees to provide the services in a professional and timely manner.
- The Company will ensure that all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
Obligations of the Client
- The Client agrees to provide all necessary information, materials, and approvals required for the Company to perform the services.
- The Client agrees to make timely payments as per the agreed terms in the individual agreements or contracts or in an email. If contract is not made by both parties then company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising.
Payment Terms
- Fees for services will be outlined in the individual agreements or contracts with the Client.
- Payment schedules and methods will also be specified in the individual agreements or contracts.
- All the services payment will be charge in advance. After the payment company will start the work.
- Any late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the agreement.
Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
- The Company will not disclose any confidential information without the Client’s prior consent, except as required by law.
Intellectual Property
- Any intellectual property created by the Company during the course of the engagement shall remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, the ownership of the deliverables will transfer to the Client, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Termination
- Either party may terminate the agreement with a written notice of 30 days.
- In the event of termination, the Client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.
Liability and Indemnity
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
- The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the Client’s use of the services.
Governing Law
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be settled in the competent courts of the Company’s jurisdiction.
Refund Policy
- In case of any dissatisfaction company will not be liable to initiate any refund to the client. The company will only provide the service in favour of a refund. (And the service we will offer to the client as a refund, the service amount will be equal to the amount that the company got from the client)
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- The Company reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
- Continued use of the services after such changes have been communicated will constitute the Client’s acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
